Our October dozen of macarons are Black Anise and Absinthe Ganache Macarons… perfect for Halloween!!! 

Our 1/2 Macaron Mix in orange. The color magically comes out during macaronage (when you blend the mix with the meringue).

The packaging is green, so green in fact that the plastic bags in which your ingredients come are biodegradable!

We made the equivalent of pop tarts! Jam made from scratch, pastry from scratch with all natural and organic ingredients. What can we say… it makes a huge difference! 

We Made - Mini Eclairs with vanilla bean pastry cream and a crunchy caramel glaze. It’s texture heaven! You’ve got the smooth pastry cream, the delicious crunch from the glaze, and a nice bite from the pate a choux eclair!

We Made… Guimauve Knots or Knot-mellows! They are basically marshmallow knots, but oh so delicious handcrafted marshmallow knots!
