Almond Bomb! We made these for a client a few weeks ago. Original shells (aka our fresh subtly almond flavored shells) filled with our amaretto frosting, and thin slices of organic almonds hidden inside for a crunchy textural surprise.

We made the equivalent of pop tarts! Jam made from scratch, pastry from scratch with all natural and organic ingredients. What can we say… it makes a huge difference!

We Made - Mini Eclairs with vanilla bean pastry cream and a crunchy caramel glaze. It’s texture heaven! You’ve got the smooth pastry cream, the delicious crunch from the glaze, and a nice bite from the pate a choux eclair!

We Made… Guimauve Knots or Knot-mellows! They are basically marshmallow knots, but oh so delicious handcrafted marshmallow knots!
